About TimTim Sharma

The Athlete| The Coach

TimTim Sharma is an internationally certified Fitness Trainer, Yoga Instructor, and Nutrition Coach, and a Brooks India and SteadFast Nutrition Athlete, with over three decades immersed in sport and human performance. Her athletic journey began in 1994 on the national equestrian circuit, where she competed across multiple disciplines before evolving into one of India’s most accomplished endurance and multi-sport athletes.


A coach since 2014, TimTim specialises in structured, evidence-based training systems designed to help individuals achieve sustainable results. Her work spans endurance performance, strength and mobility, injury-aware training, body composition, and long-term athletic development. She is known for translating complex training principles into practical, personalised plans that respect the individual behind each goal.


TimTim’s competitive career includes podium finishes across running, cycling, triathlon, and ultra-endurance events. She is a five-time Boston Marathon qualifier, a Super Randonneur, and an AMC-qualified mountaineer, having summited Mt. Renok and Mt. Frey. Since 2022, she holds the distinction of being the fastest female finisher at the Ironman 70.3 distance, recording a best time of 5:13:20 at Ironman 70.3 Estonia (2025), and has finished on the podium at multiple Ironman 70.3 events.


What sets TimTim apart as a coach is not just performance, but perspective. Career-threatening injuries forced her to step away from competition for over two years, during which she immersed herself in yoga, cycling, swimming, and biomechanics. This period reshaped her understanding of movement, recovery, nutrition, and resilience, forming the foundation of her holistic coaching philosophy.


Today, TimTim works with athletes and non-athletes alike, helping them pursue goals ranging from fat loss and strength development to endurance racing and peak performance. Her coaching integrates intelligent training load management, mobility, nutrition, and recovery, ensuring progress that is both measurable and sustainable.


At the heart of her work is a simple belief: when training is structured with purpose, the body adapts, performance improves, and confidence follows.
